Mrs. Sarah Underhill

Sarah Underhill serves as the part-time Office Admin Assistant at Grace Christian Academy. She brings more than ten years of homeschooling experience and previously taught kindergarten at New Song Christian Academy in Louisville, Kentucky, where she also served for four years as the Academy Coordinator. Whether she was teaching chapel, supporting teachers and families, or wearing a chicken costume in the carpool line, Sarah loved helping make school a joyful place where children felt known and excited to learn.

Sarah is passionate about teaching children the truth of God’s Word and helping them understand how the gospel applies to every part of their lives. She loves encouraging others, sharing creative ideas, and helping students grow in both their learning and their walk with Christ. She is grateful for the opportunity to support GCA’s mission of discipling students to leave a legacy of walking with Christ.

While living in Louisville, Sarah also served for four years as the Fundraising Coordinator for Elevate Dance Ministry. She especially enjoyed sharing the ministry’s mission, connecting with families and supporters, and helping raise funds to make ministry opportunities possible for students.

Sarah was born and raised in Green Bay and recently returned to the area with her family after living in Kentucky for nearly fourteen years. She and her husband, Jon, have four children: Hannah, Liam, Holly, and Alyssa. Outside of school, Sarah enjoys hosting people in her home, cooking for others, thrift shopping, cheering for the Packers, and planning a good roller-skating party. Her favorite color is purple—which makes GCA’s school colors an especially good fit!
