LegacyMaking Academy: Equipping Students with Knowledge, Purpose & Unshakable Faith

Welcome! Here at Grace Christian Academy we stand on the truth of the scriptures that we are image bearers of God. According to His Word, We are his masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” – Ephesians 2:10. This is why we have rebranded our high school the LegacyMaking Academy (LMA).

Our students are not just high schoolers, they are LegacyMakers for the Kingdom of God who take ownership of their faith and apply it. Our mission at GCA is to disciple students towards Leaving a Legacy of Walking with Christ, so with relevant and intentional education that is tailored to students giftings, they will be an ambassador for Christ in whatever plans God has in store upon graduation. At GCA, making disciples of Jesus Christ as stated in the Great Commission IS our primary class, co-curricular, and calling!

Purpose-Driven Learning

LMA blends traditional coursework (language arts, math, etc.) with a home-school-based curriculum that emphasizes real-world application and critical thinking. This approach ensures students are not only gaining knowledge but also learning how to apply it effectively as Christians in today’s culture.

KEY CLASSES: FPA Anytime, Christian Halls with optional Dual Enrollment with Christian Universities, Biblical Discipleship Instruction

Faith in Action

We integrate real-world discipleship into their education so they leave not only with a diploma but with a deep relationship with Christ and a clear sense of calling.

Flexible Learning Tracks at GCA

Grace Christian Academy’s High School program LegacyMaking Academy offers flexible education options designed to support students academically and spiritually, whether through part-time homeschool partnership or full-time enrollment.

Track #1: Homeschool Partnership (Part-Time Enrollment)

Our homeschool partnership allows families to supplement their homeschooling with part-time participation at GCA on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This track provides:

  • Tutoring & Academic Support – Help in core subjects to strengthen homeschool learning.
  • Freedom Project Academy (FPA) Access – Take select courses alongside GCA students.
  • Community & Discipleship – Experience structured learning while maintaining homeschool flexibility.

Track #2: Full-Time In-Person at GCA

For a full-time, non-traditional high school diploma, students attend GCA three days a week (T-W-Th) for:

  • Core Academic Instruction – In-person or FPA coursework, with homeschool partners joining these days.
  • Spiritual & Life Application (M-F) – Hands-on discipleship, service projects, and real-world skills.
  • Flexible Scheduling – Tailored learning paths, career exploration, and practical experiences.

Both tracks provide academic excellence and biblical discipleship, equipping students for life beyond the classroom. For existing families that want a more traditional accredited high school track towards pursuing college education after high school, there are many other classical Christian education frameworks in the area and we will be glad to counsel you in choosing a school that best fits your student and family.
