Unleashing creativity & cultivating worship!

Music and art are powerful tools that shape young minds, enhancing academic achievement, memory, social skills, and critical thinking. But beyond their cognitive benefits, they serve a deeper purpose—worship. Our God is the ultimate Creator, and as His image-bearers, we are created to be creative. Whether through song, paint, or design, we encourage students to use their gifts to glorify Him.

Music at GCA

Music is an essential part of our worship and learning experience. Students explore vocal and instrumental music, learn foundational music theory, and participate in performances that bring our school community together. Through singing praises, expressing laments, and training their hearts in submission to Christ, students grow in their faith while developing musical talents.

Art at GCA

Art allows students to see the beauty of God’s creation and express their own creativity. From drawing and painting to sculpting and mixed media, students develop technical skills while reflecting on God’s handiwork. Our goal is to help students recognize that creativity is a gift from our Creator, meant to be used for His glory.

Meet Mrs. Jensen

Danielle has a passion for teaching the Bible to all ages. She also has a heart full of music and has been performing and leading worship for most of her life. For the past 13 years she has enjoyed teaching piano lessons to students of varying ages. While her older children were young, she had the opportunity to teach Art on a volunteer basis in the classroom for 8 years. She is very excited to be able to teach both Art and Music to students of all ages here at Grace Christian Academy!
