Family Fundraiser Opportunities

If fundraising isn’t your thing, consider starting to make your monthly payments to have your family commitment paid by May or pay off in full at any time.

At Grace Christian Academy, each family is responsible for fulfilling their Family Fundraising Commitment (FFC). We know this can look different for everyone, so this year we’re providing extra support by highlighting one featured fundraising opportunity each month.

These monthly events give families a simple, structured way to participate, stay on track with their commitment, and help strengthen our school community.

Cards For a Cause - September

Stock up on beautiful greeting cards while supporting our school! Each box contains a variety of high-quality cards at a great value. Orders are due by the end of September. This is an easy way to meet your Family Fundraising Commitment while getting something practical that every family uses!

Dates: September 8 – September 30. Orders MUST be placed by September 30th.

Seroogy's Chocolate - October

Who doesn’t love chocolate? 🍫 Families can sign up to purchase a case of Seroogy’s chocolate bars for $48. Each case includes 48 bars, which can be sold individually for $2–$5 each, making this fundraiser a great opportunity to earn back more than you spend. If enough families participate, we’ll also offer variety boxes!

Dates: We will order boxes as a team on October7th. Boxes should be distributed within 2 weeks

Details: Order form and money due October 7th. Sell independently and return raised amount by December 18th.

Warm up with locally roasted coffee this holiday season! ☕ Orders are due by December 1st and will be available for pickup at our Cookie Walk on December 13th. These make great gifts, while also helping your family reach its FFC goal. You will receive $6 towards your Family Fundraising Commitment for EACH bag of coffee you sell!

Dates: Orders must be placed by December 1st

Details: Online Ordering, Direct to home shipping available at checkout or bulk shipping option: orders will be fulfilled and available for pickup at the Cookie Walk on December 13th. Families must pick up and distribute their own orders.

Warm up this winter with our delicious Booyah Fundraiser! 🍲

This is an all-school fundraiser and does not count toward your Family Fundraising Commitment (FFC), but it’s an important event where we need every family’s participation to make it successful.

Stay tuned for more details on volunteer opportunities, sales information, and pickup times.

February is a great month at Kwik Trip! 🚗⛽ Car Wash Cards – Each card costs $36 and includes FIVE Ultimate Washes. For every card sold, $16 goes directly to GCA and counts toward your Family Fundraising Commitment! Gas Cards – Available in $25, $50, and $100 amounts. Each purchase earns a 9% return toward your FFC.

These make great gifts and are always in demand, so stock up for yourself, family, and friends.

Dates: Orders and money are due to GCA by February 20th.

Get your green thumbs ready for summer gardening! We are selling a variety of organic garden vegetables and herbs to help you get your garden rolling in the spring. All of these delicious, organic plants come from the DC Farms for Vets in Door County, WI.

Vegetables are $5 per plant and herbs are $4 per plant.

Dates: Preorders Due by March __

Details: Orders will be delivered to GCA and distributed to families.

The Rockey Family is raising funds through Flower Power a fundraising platform that gives 50% of sales proceeds to GCA.

A variety of bulb or seed options are available: Flowers, Vegetables, Herbs, Sprouts, etc. Purchase online and will be shipped directly to you. Shipping begins on April 1st.

Wednesday, November 8th GCA will receive 33% of sales at Chipotle in Ashwaubenon.

September 16 – October 21 families can participate in Charleston Wrap and online gift catalog fundraiser raising money toward their FFC.

We have partnered with PaperPie to sell card boxes. There are 5 different boxes that each have 30 different cards in them. The cost per box is $30, so it is only $1 per card and you get a beautiful card box/organizer as well!  Your family will receive at least $10 per box towards your FFC!  Orders are due by Oct 14th.  To see the card box options and card variety, browse or place an order with the link below.

Are you stressed out planning and making meals for your family? Would you like a break? Help support Grace Christian Academy, and get some homemade meals to help lighten your load.

Ms. Jacques has put together pre-prepped meals for sale in 5 or 2 meal containers at 2-3 or 6-7 serving sizes. Options Include:

Fun T-shirt Designs – download the order form with the attached designs. Ordering closes May 15th!

T-shirt designs include a 2022/23 commemorative t-shirt with our year’s Bible verse, Esther 4:14:  “For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

This t-shirt design (#1) is approved for school wear for elementary students.

Our Java Jive Gourmet Coffee Sale is underway! Your student should have brought home a coffee sale order form to collect your coffee orders on. These order forms are due to the GCA office on Monday, October 14. The online coffee sale is also open, until 8am on Wednesday, October 16…just go to www.javajiveroasters.com/gca. This sale will help GCA and it can help you too…you will receive $6 towards your Family Fundraising Commitment for EACH bag of coffee you sell!  Coffee orders will be delivered to GCA on October 24, for you to pick up and deliver to your customers. (With the online sale, you can sell to people far and wide, if people pay for coffee to be shipped to their door.)
